This was by far one of the worst meals I’ve had. We spent almost $70 on 5 star combo meals and one kids meal. The wait for food was 25 minutes through the drive through. When we got our food, all of the burgers were overcooked, burnt and dried out. The tomatoes on the burgers were the end pieces, the cheese wasn’t melted and everything was cold and soggy. This place in Plant City is truly terrible and I feel they should shut it down. This is the reason I never see anyone in the parking lot for this trash can of a restaurant. This company should be ashamed of the garbage that they served us tonight at that ridiculous price.

I really try to avoid leaving bad reviews, but I feel as if this is a public health hazard that anyone should be aware of when eating out. Today we ordered breakfast. My boyfriend brought the food home to eat and I open my Fresco melt and discover that someone has definitely TAKEN A BITE out of this sandwich… I am not sure whether this was an intentional act of an employee or if it was a returned order due to a previous order mistake but this is DISGUSTING. One human mouth has the entire U.S. populations worth of bacteria in it, including and not limited to viruses such a herpes simplex virus. Just be aware and inspect your food before eating at any restaurant. Hardee’s, please do better and teach your employees to THROW AWAY food that has been returned from customers OR hire employees that aren’t a public health hazard to the communities in which they serve.

Drug use going on INSIDE of restaurant. Homeless people hangout Manager Did correct the problem instructing the offender to leave. The problem with these dope users(homeless) has caused them to have to put security locks on restrooms. Hardee's management should attend Plant City council meeting and make the problem aware I would also put signs on both doors no one with backpacks allowed

Service was horrible. They had two people packing orders that had no idea what to do. They packed the order for thr guy behind me and I was still waiting. I had to ask twice what I was waiting on. Then they got my order wrong. The food was cold since it set up there so long. The hashbrowns were over cooked. Will def not be back for a while service and.quality is not what it use to be.

This place has honestly made somewhat of a come back in my opinion. The cashier and cook Jose M was a great guy and very professional. Through having to take orders and prepare food he had a smile on his face and great customer service.

Food was hot and fresh. Come here occasionally and never have had any issues. Service (Linay C) is always spot on, friendly and professional. Love their hot ham and cheese. Like there fries better now they have changed those. 🙂
