I wish I could give 0 stars, but the system requires one.
We bought a truck on Feb 18 and on March 9 the check engine light turned on and the truck broke down. After a 5k down payment barely a month ago, we now have to pay over 6k for a damaged transmission due to a faulty part that for some reason NO ONE has ever heard of damaging. The warranty did not cover this part nor did the dealership take any responsibility. They clearly don't even check the cars before putting them up for sale. Take your business someplace else, please. Don't get duped like we did.

There are 2 things I regret not doing when I went with my father in law to check their pick-up trucks. The first was not checking their reviews before I set foot in that scam center. The second was not ordering a carfax. My father in law gave a quick drive on the truck he ended up buying. Sadly, he fell in love with it and proceeded to get financing approved and bought it. Throughout this whole deal, their personnel was friendly.

Not 3 weeks after the sale, the truck goes down with multiple problems. After running a carfax, we realized that not only did the vehicle had A LOT more miles than what the dealer reported, but the vehicle had a history of problems that they conveniently neglected to report at the time of sale.

Also, they will offer you a warranty on most units. But, when your car breaks down (and it will quickly enough), you will find the warranty will not cover the repairs. Therefore, you're stuck with a lemon. And if you decide to call them up to have them own up for the bad deal, they will bark at you and claim that it's not their fault (in the unfriendliest tone and language too).

Therefore, 2 important steps.

1. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Look at this review and all the others. When the same type of review repeats itself, it's not an accident. It's a trend. Don't be the next victim.

2. ORDER A CARFAX REPORT!!! If you really have no other choice, and have to go deal with these sharks, make sure you order a Carfax report. If you see anything funny in their history, or something doesn't match the info they gave you of the car, don't buy it. These scam artists mess around with the cars so they seem fine when you road test them. Then, after you fall for the trap, they break down.

Honestly, don't be the next bad review for those people. Just go somewhere else. Anywhere will do. They get a 1 star rating because I can't go any lower. But these thieves deserve less... way less.

They sell cars as is, lie about the car working fine, you get off lot and within a week you have problems. They're so nice and everything at point of sale. Trying to get them to fix anything they are total jerkoffs. Matildas dad salesman type. Scammers. DO NOT COME HERE.

Terrible place, NEVER buy a car here. Worst scam I have ever seen. $9,000 for a car that worked for less than 24 hours. Vile, awful people that have no care for what people work so hard to get. To say they take advantage is a major understatement. Disgusting.

Someone from this business keeps calling my phone. The last time they called they said I had an amount owed of 155.00. Someone named Steven called the other day. I have not even conducted any transactions with this business I do not owe you anything so I don't appreciate the phone calls. When they leave voicemails the claim they represent Gores auto brokers.
