Complaints not legit. If you go to an office over and over again and only have horrible things to say, why do you keep going to the doctor? There’s hundreds of doctors in that area go see somebody else.

Asked a question on patient portal and got referred to an ap that required me to read a book to use. Another time didn't even get an answer. Receptionist calls with test results and if you have a question about it she just sys I can refer you to a specialist. None of them care

Delusional place. Donna (doctor) legit screamed at me when I came in to be seen for strep (all of my friends had strep) and told me I shouldn’t be coming in since I didn’t get a covid test. This is a doctors office lady, the whole point is for you to see me in person. I’m not running around town for 5 covid tests before coming in unless you’re paying. Literally yelled at me in the room and I had to leave. I should have filed a suit. So rude, and on top of it the front desk workers have 0 clue what is going on. I think they’re hiring with no college degree. Use your insurance and go somewhere else

Dr. Tyrell is wonderful but unfortunately their office is a nightmare from hell. Office manager was incredibly rude to my wife, in front of our daughter who has anxiety about the doctor. Everytime you talk to someone on the phone there it sounds like they hate their lives. Trying to get refills via the office is a mess, takes them two weeks to refill stuff. And the doctors here are wonderful, it's such a shame. I've been coming to this practice for 32 years, we won't be returning.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr Tyrell. She’s so calm and kind and took the time to consider some of the symptoms I was experiencing—offering up newer diagnosis/suggestions that I had not considered before. It was really refreshing to not feel rushed or dismissed. And Lisa who did my intake is so warm and bright. I really appreciate her candor.

It was easy to get an appointment and to reschedule.

As a former cancer patient requiring further surgery...due to a mass on my abdomen
this practice refused to order a CT of my abdomen and refused to provide a medical note due to my need to attend multiple medical visits. Their staff is very unprofessional and rude. I have notified my insurance company who will be performing an investigation, I am also contacting the state board. They are a dangerous practice, with a high staff turn over. Go to another practice ASAP. They are not humane and could potentially cause you more harm than good.
I have been in constant distress due to this issue and they could care less. At one time, they were a good practice, but now they are putting patients in direct harm.

Office staffs are unprofessional, rude, careless and they think they know more than what Dr knows.

First of all I want say I have no complains for Dr Risi or Dr Rednor. They have been good to my parents ( senior citizen) who have been visiting there. I am really frustrated and disappointed with the staffs at this office. They are rude and careless at their work.

8 years ago my mother used to go there every time to see Dr Risi. Nurses and other staff is soo careless that they didn’t write properly in her profile that my mom is allergic to specific antibiotics. Dr prescribed that antibiotics and next day my mom had really bad allergic reaction. We called the doctor and he found out the one of the nurse or medical assistant didn’t write properly these info in her profile.

Today I was trying to hold of Dr Rednor for my dad, he is been my dad’s doctor from last 15 years. My dad is having mild fever since last 5 days. Gradually his oxygen level was decreasing, so I called the office to see if doctor has any advises. Guess what! The staffs was acting that they have medical degree and said doctor is not free and if the oxygen level is below 98 go to ER!!!! Can any of you believe this response coming out from receptionist and medical assistance. I talked to multiple doctors friends and even ER nurse in Princeton hospital, and no one said go to ER if it does not go below 90-92. I requested multiple times to let Dr Rednor talk to my dad, every time the staff refused to make an appointment. The staffs behavior was very unprofessional in the doctor office. Staffs should not act like a doctor!!!!!

This clinic needs to train their employee how and what to talk, and how to handle medical information, otherwise that day is not far when people will sue for malpractice.
