Horrible place to live mold everywhere new Manager has a very bad attitude they never fix anything. (DO NOT MOVE THERE ) The roaches are horrible it doesn't matter how many times they come and spray they're always going to be there.

I’ve been living here for a year. I think it’s a great starter apartment for a small family. There is never a problem with neighbors. Also I’d like to thank Coralia for being so great! Anytime I need anything fixing in the apartment she gets someone it as soon as possible.

I have lived here a year and half. First there was no on site manager just some rude lady who came around occasionally then about a year ago they hired the current lady Waleen who I believe has turned this place around. I know from talking to my neighbors that everyone agrees and I never would have renewed my lease had she not been here. A good manager can make huge difference in a property especially one as small as Rishi Village. She enforces rules while also knowing and caring about all her tenants. For a while there was even a full time maintenance guy Camilo here that was amazing and things were getting fixed appropriately. I have always felt safe here and really for the money it’s a decent place to live in the Metroplex. Hopefully things will continue improving.
