horrible experience - worst real estate agency in my opinion.

I wanted to purchase a multi apartment building they had listen for 1.3 million euros in wiesbaden - the real agent Alexandra Weber-Kertscher was super unresponsive, never made an effort to meet and always spoke rudely.

We negotiated the price of the property and she clearly expressed that she was not happy that we are negotiating price (!). Finally we agreed on a price, and i specifically mentioned (on email) that we wanted to only go to a notary who spoke also English in addition to German and we also offered to share contact details of our regular notary who spoke both English and German - she still though it was ok to go to non English speaking notary and scheduled an appointment for registration. 5 days before the house registration I was informed that the notary did not speak English and I had to bring an interpreter and to would cost us another 1200 euros (!)

as a buyer, we are allowed to choose a notary of our choice or mutually decide on the notary - when we again told her that we wanted to go to an English speaking notary and didn't want to spend 1200 euros for nothing - she really got angry, irritated and called the deal off ! I don't know what the problem was, if it was the commission she would make from the notary or something else !

BUT which real estate agent cancels a deal over the choice of Notary and that to 5 days before registration of the property - this behaviour is ridiculous and absolutely not acceptable by any buyer !

she simply did not care about our time, emotion, efforts (!) absolutely the worst real estate agent and agency in my personal opinion ! - AVOID AT ALL COST
