Took a few watches in to get new batteries and a couple pins, my husband wanted a new band and the ones they showed us were very clearly cheap garbage and they wanted to charge me $50 per pin NOT including installation or a new battery

They fixed my 1 earring. 50.00 was quite expensive to me, but they did a great job. The one on the left was dented and broke in two. They still dented but wearable for now. They saved by best earings. Til I buy new ones, which i can say ain't cheap.

We went to a place in kingwood. The guy looked me & my husband down and told the rep to tell us it was $156 a piece for my set : additional if the diamonds loosen & it would be three days into next week before I get it back....
Stepped in here with in 2 mins told an amazing price ACTUALLY less than the cost for one ring at the other place. My set was ready in 40 mins not a stone out of place!!
Not to mention it was from a size 7 to a 4.5 ? AMAZING AMAZING WORK!!

Came to get simple battery replacement and was told can’t be done until tomorrow. I have the tools and asked to just buy the batter and was told don’t know which one it is. Really?

Great work on polishing my high end 2 tone stainless watch. I will go back when I need to polish my watch again. They took the whole thing apart and cleaned inside as well. The lady did A1 on it.

I had my wife's ring resized and about 8 months later it broke on the spot where they cut it to resize it. They said they only have 30 day warranty. I think the work was not good quality to begin with

They have a life time warranty to replace if your watch battery is out. I have been enjoying it. You intentionally pay about 20 dollar.
